Jalapeno Dove Poppers

I often get asked what becomes of all this dove hunting. Here's one answer. And they are pretty darn good!

Jalapeno Dove Poppers
-Jalapeno Peppers
-Dove Breast meat
-Bacon
-Cream Cheese
-Toothpicks
         Slice Jalapenos down the middle, remove the seeds, place a hunk of cream cheese in the pepper slice. Place a dove breast on either side of the pepper slice, and roll the whole thing in a bacon strip. Skewer it all on tooth pick to hold it all together. I use some garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil to season the whole things before throwing them on the grill.
