KY quail hunting
I was invited to a quail hunt in Kentucky this past Sunday. The host informed me that since it was the last hunt of the season for Gentleman Bob, it would be a formal hunt. On the way to the hunt I stopped at Our Best for some country cookin' and had the best homemade applesauce on the planet. The weather was very cooperative and the hunt was great fun. After the hunt we retired to the library to sit next to the fire and recall the great shots of the day. We then went for some more country cookin' to end a perfect Sunday.

Porsche 911 2012 launch party
Porsche of the Village in Cincinnati had a launch party for the new 2012 911 model Saturday night, February 25th. More than 800 people were able to view sixty 911 models spanning the years. Porsche invited D&H to set up a booth to add to the evening festivities. Luke, Zand and Mark talked to customers about our fly fishing schools and the trips we host and we also had a number of Barbour motorcycle jackets on hand for inspection.

Filson Carry-on Bag
This is one of my favorite pieces of luggage from Filson. It makes for a great weekend bag. The pullman design allows you to zip open the case and have both sides lay flat for you to access your clothing. The straps keeps everything where it belongs as you travel. My favorite feature is the heavy leather handle.

Upland Hunting
Today was Delamere & Hopkins fourth bird hunt of the season. The temperature was cold as we started, but the sun was shining and thoughts of cold disappeared as we walked the fields and the birds started flying.
